Shipping & Preorder Policy

PREORDER ITEMS

Some products offered on our website may be available for preorder. A preorder allows you to reserve inventory before it arrives at our fulfillment center.

Preorder items are not currently in stock and are expected to ship once production and inbound transit have been completed.

Current estimated preorder fulfillment time is 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase. This estimate includes production, international transit, receiving, and processing time.

Please note that all estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing delays, freight transit delays, customs inspections, weather events, and carrier disruptions.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays affecting their order.


ORDER PROCESSING

Once inventory arrives at our fulfillment center, orders will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

After your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items become available.

If separate shipments are available, they may be offered at our discretion.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The item is not currently in stock.
  • Estimated fulfillment times are approximate and not guaranteed.
  • Production and transit delays may occur.
  • Shipping timelines may change due to circumstances outside of our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
